Possible Causes and Troubleshooting Steps
1. ASIC Chips Or Hashboards Are Not Working as Expected.
a. Check if data cables are plugged tightly
b. Upgrade the latest firmware
2. Network Or Mining Pool Issue
a. Verify that the worker name and pool address are accurate.
b. Make sure there are no issues with the network.
3. Fan Issue
Check the kernel log and if you see “Fatal Error: Some Fans Lost or Low Fan Speed!”:

Carefully inspect the fan cables, or use a working fan to test them.
4. Abnormal Temperature
Know the normal operating temperature range for your miner:

5. PSU Issue
The temperature display typically displays abnormally and the ASIC status typically displays all X (e.g. all 15)
swap out for a tested, well-known PSU.
6. Return the Miner for Repair
